FyDark is a browser-based image studio for resizing, compressing, converting, cropping, batch optimizing, and preparing production-ready image exports.

• Compress Image - Reduce JPG, PNG, WebP, and AVIF file size with sensible defaults or precise quality targeting. Most photos compress 60–90% with no visible loss; the live preview shows you the predicted output size before you commit. Browser-first by default — your files don't leave the device.
• Convert Image - Convert between every modern image format: PNG, JPG, WebP, AVIF, HEIC, BMP, TIFF, GIF, and SVG. Quality presets per format, batch support, and a live preview that shows the size and visual diff before you commit. WebP and AVIF cut typical photo size by 30–50% versus JPG with equivalent quality.
• Resize Image - Resize by pixel dimension, percentage, or to a preset (Twitter card, Instagram square, Open Graph, App Store screenshot, custom). Smart-fit cropping when changing aspect ratio so subjects stay centered. Batch resize across hundreds of files in one pass.
• Crop Image - Crop images precisely with snap-to-aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 16:9, 9:16, App Store), smart subject detection (centers the focal point), grid overlays for thirds composition, and free-form crop for anything else. Visual feedback every step; no upload, no waiting.
• Batch Optimize - Drop a folder, define a recipe (resize → convert → compress → strip EXIF → watermark), and run it across the whole batch. Filenames preserved, output organized, processing parallelized. The end of one-image-at-a-time bulk work.
• Target Size Compress - Compress JPG, PNG, WebP, and AVIF images to a specific file-size target for CMS uploads, email caps, forms, storefronts, and app stores. FyDark bisects encoder quality until the export lands close to the byte budget while keeping visible artifacts under control.
• JPG to WebP - Convert JPG and JPEG photos to WebP for faster websites, cleaner CMS uploads, and lighter social assets. FyDark keeps the preview, quality slider, and file-size comparison visible so you can trade compatibility and savings deliberately.
• Remove EXIF - Remove EXIF, GPS, camera model, timestamp, orientation, and editor metadata from photos and exports. FyDark makes privacy cleanup part of the normal image workflow instead of a separate utility.
• Optimize SVG - Minify SVG files, remove editor metadata, round path decimals, strip hidden layers, and prepare vector assets for production. FyDark keeps a before/after code diff so designers and developers can review what changed.
• Add Watermark - Add text, logo, or transparent PNG watermarks to images with opacity, blend mode, rotation, and nine-position placement. FyDark applies watermark settings to one image or a whole batch recipe.
• Image Effects - Tune exposure, contrast, warmth, clarity, bloom, vignette, grain, texture, and color treatment with a live before/after preview. FyDark effects are designed for finished web assets, not novelty filters.
